Payment and cancellation policies

Deposit and balance. A deposit of 50% of the total stay, including taxes and fees, is due at booking. The remaining balance is collected at check-in.

Standard stays. Cancellation is fully refundable until the 7-day deadline before arrival. After that deadline, the deposit already paid is retained. No additional cancellation fee is charged.

Designated holiday stays. A minimum stay of 2 nights and a 14-day cancellation deadline apply on the designated holiday dates shown in the booking engine. Cancellation before that deadline is fully refundable. After the deadline, the deposit already paid is retained, with no additional cancellation fee.

No-shows. The deposit already paid is retained. No additional no-show fee is charged.

Your reservation. The exact cancellation deadline and applicable terms shown during booking and in your confirmation govern your stay. Existing reservations retain their confirmed terms. Reservations made through another booking platform follow the terms confirmed by that platform.
